1ST fLOOR RENOVATION

Year 2020

Project completed September 1st 2020

This was a rather involved kitchen & 1st floor renovation.

For the front entryway we added a mudroom - pantry and the hardwood floors were feathered in to blend with the old.

The old kitchen was enlarged and the low ceiling was replaced with cathedral, giving an open look with plenty of natural light.

A slider door off the kitchen opens out to a large deck with custom rails,

which makes a great place for entertaining.

The old and dated bathroom was replaced with detailed tile work in the shower

and new cabinets were installed.

Chester Ave ~ Westerly ~ Rhode Island

2012

This three family home was ordered by the town to be condemned. Eric had his eye on it and made an offer to purchase it ~ 'as is'. They accepted and we were once again up for the challenge. After an almost complete gut renovation it was converted into three Condo's. Beautiful hardwood flooring to crown molding and elegant kitchens transformed this deserted house into a showpiece.

We named it 'Chester Ave Condominiums'

1870 House Restoration

This house was circa 1870 and consisted of two separate houses on one lot. It was eight rentals units at the time we purchased it and had been neglected for many years. The house was not visible from the street due to the overgrown hedges and over growth. We purchased it and transformed it from the outside to the inside.

The layout was reconfigured to accommodate six condo's ~ three in the front house and three in the rear. The amazing original trim detailing was refurbished and brought back to life.

Definitely one of our more challangeling transformations . . .
